The government has made changes to the order of passing the VLK

Soon in Ukraine Electronic direction The Military Medical Commission (VLK) will be generated without the signature of the head of the Tax Code, which was previously binding.

Appropriate changes to the algorithm of passing the VLK approved in the Cabinet of Ministers, reported in the Ministry of Defense.

Under the new order, the medical commission will not have to wait for the head of the Tax Code to impose an electronic signature for electronic referral.

In addition, the rules now prohibit the CCC to send to the commission people with disabilities. Ukrainians with this status can pass the VLK exclusively at their own request, for example, if they want to pass military service under contract.

The government also clarified the list of documents confirming the right to defer women and men who hold three or more children under 18 years of age.
