The government announces military training. We can get the assignment unexpectedly
Let's start from the beginning, i.e. with military qualification. In Poland, it takes place every year and mainly applies to men who in a given calendar year are 19 years old and women with qualifications useful in the army.
You can also voluntarily apply – this applies to both men and women, regardless of education and qualifications. You only need to be in the range between 18 and 60 years old (in the case of officers and non -commissioned officers, the upper age limit is 63 years).
Poles will be called for military training. Information about the allocation to a given unit may come unexpectedly
During military qualification, it is obtained Category (A, B, D or E)which says whether we are « suitable » and to what extent. After its passage, we can also get a mobilization allocation, i.e. be assigned to a specific unit and position that we will take in the event of the outbreak of war.
As the reserve lieutenant colonel Robert Dymerski explains in an interview with « Fakt », There is no specific time in which we can get an assignment – this may happen right after the qualification, after a month or even after 30 years. – Everything is done by traditional road – calms the military.
Information about consumption is published in public places in the form of announcements. So there can be no way to receive an assignment, not even knowing it, because it will be issued in absentia or because The e -mail came to the wrong address or fell into spam.
– Mobilization assignments give military recruitment centers (WCR), formerly they were military supplementary commands. The person who has been selected, reports to the WCR, reads the assignment, receives a mobilization card with the appropriate color of the belt and signs that he has read this whole matter – explains Lt. Col. Dymerski.
Two things decide about which military unit we will be assigned to
The annotation about the allocation is also included in the military booklet, which such a person should already have. The one where we will be directed depends on the needs of military units in the area administered by Dany WCR.
-Such needs are made by unit commanders, and later WCR employees bet people with appropriate education, military degrees and military specialty, call them and give them allocations-explains the military.
He adds that, as a rule, a principle is applied according to which the assignment is received by people living closest to a given unit, but there are cases that reserve soldier He receives allocation far from home. – Such situations are dictated by the requirements of military units in the field of specific professionals – he describes.
—- A person who has been given such an operational assignment cannot change it, cannot evade him and cannot refuse to accept it. This is only decided by the Military Recruitment Center and does it, among others Based on information about the demand received from other military units – emphasizes the reserve lieutenant colonel.
And when is it possible to change the category granted during military qualification?
The Military Medical Commission runs to change the category. People who were previously given the health category D (i.e. unable to active military service during peace) and E (i.e. permanently unable to active military service), is not directed at such a commission.
– The exception is here people who have category D and apply for admission to territorial military service – emphasizes Lt. Col. Dymerski.
Therefore, mainly people who have category B (i.e. they are temporarily incapable) face the commission to verify whether their health has improved or not, and category A, (i.e. capable of active military service). In the latter case, this happens when they are selected and called to grant a mobilization allocation.
