The State Award « Goce Delchev » was awarded to a group of authors for 2025 today: prof. Dr. Veselinka Labroska, Academic and prof. Dr. Marjan Markovic, prof. Dr. Kosta Peev, prof. Dr. Vasil Drvoshanov, prof. Dr. Ellenka Stoevska-Denchova, prof. Dr. Svetlana Davkova-Gjorgieva, prof. Dr. Goce Cvetanovski, Ph. Dr. Ariton Popovski, prof. Dr. Marianne Kish and prof. Dr. B.

The awarding of the award in the Assembly was attended by the Minister of Education and Science Vesna Janevska, who noted that the state award « Goce Delchev » gives social recognition for particularly important achievement in all areas of science of interest to Macedonia.

-The scientific work « Macedonian dialectic atlas » (from the treasury of the cardboard-lexical materials), made by a group of authors, reflects the work of all predecessors and contemporaries, and thus draws not only a picture of the lexical wealth of the Macedonian dialect, but also a picture of the long-term engagement. I send my sincere congratulations to the winners and wish them even greater success and significant scientific achievements in the future, emphasized the Minister of Education and Science – said Janevska.

Minister Janevska emphasized that the state has a duty to create conditions for progress in science, research and innovation and thereby assist in creating global positive changes. For the Government, as he said, the promotion of the national scientific and research ecosystem is one of the program priorities and in the past few months, the treatment of science and higher education has significantly improved, through increased investment, but also by strengthening the regulation that regulates these areas.

-Our first step in that direction was the preparation of the Draft National Program for Scientific and Research-a strategic document that has long been missing in the creation of relevant policies. We are now working on new legal solutions to higher education and research activity, which should provide more rights and opportunities for the concerned. Some of you attendees are involved in the process of creating them and I expect to have the new laws by the end of the year – said Janevska.

In terms of available means of science, research and innovation, she expressed gratitude to all government members, who, he said, supported and adopt the largest budget so far, which amounts to 680 million denars, and is almost doubled than last year.
