The garbage truck crushed the 66-year-old. The services were going somewhere else by mistake
The incident occurred around 11.30. According to Bilgorajska.pl, the driver of the Volvo garbage truck was to withdraw with the vehicle and did not notice the man who was right behind him. The body of the 66-year-old was pressed to the tree. When the service arrived, the injured was still conscious. A helicopter was called immediately.
But earlier, firefighters and rescuers were looking for a place of accident for a few minutes, circling between the villages. – The notification contained a wrong location – they passed on to the fire brigade duty officers in an interview with Bilgorajska.pl.
