The Freedom Foundation takes the floor on Sebastian Mattczak
The Freedom-24 Foundation wrote a complaint to the District Court in Piotrków on the activities of the Piotrków District Court. According to activists, the case of Sebastian Majtczak is political, and the scale of the funds applied to him is inadequate to guilt.
The complaint is related to the temporary arrest of Sebastian Majtczak and his extradition to the country. Pictures of the businessman’s handcuffs circulated all of Poland. From May 27 this year. Majtczak is in a detention center in Silesia. First he was in Katowice, then he was taken to Mysłowice. The decision to detain temporarily was made on the basis of a arrest warrant published almost two years ago and a conviction of Mantczak for 30 days of custody.

The Freedom-24 Foundation has been associated with the family of Manticians since last year, when she brought lawsuts for Internet users for a hate campaign towards Sebastian Mantczak’s relatives. – The foundation has reached hate and hate speech. The family was challenged from murderers, bandits. The prosecutor’s office should react to this – says Michał Wdowczyk.

The accident, which lives all of Poland, occurred on September 16, 2023 on the A1 motorway near Łódź. Sebastian Majtczak sat behind the wheel of the BMW. Michał Wdowczyk claims that Sebastian Mattczak did not hide during the extradition procedure (i.e. almost in two years). He contacted the local police in the United Arab Emirates. The District Prosecutor’s Office in Katowice has evidence
Sebastian Mattczak in an online statement stated that the driver of Kia got his way. He argued that he had to choose either a viaduct or a collision with Kia. Majtczaka swears that he tried to bypass the car, but he could not brake and there was a collision. This is his version. It is certainly known for sure that Kia has fed. During the interrogation in the Katowice District Prosecutor’s Office, Matthek declared cooperation with investigators. He added that he must read the case files. They currently have several volumes. Earlier he did not have such an opportunity.
Aleksander Duda, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Katowice says that the collected evidence clearly indicates: the cause of the accident was the behavior of the BMW driver. This is excessive speed (above 250 km per hour at a speed limit of 120 km per hour – editor’s note) led to the tragedy.
– There was a high probability of a suspect’s accident – says prosecutor Duda.
When asked whether the defenders presented evidence testifying to a different course of the event, Prosecutor Duda replied: – They have the right to submit evidence.
Sebastian Majtczak for causing a fatal accident is punishable by six months to eight years imprisonment.
