Bartosz G. from Mława, who is accused of murdering a younger friend, came to Greece (for inter -school exchange) three days after the disappearance of Maja. There, on the basis of a European arrest warrant, he was arrested and arrested.
The court in thessaloniki recently agreed to his extradition to Poland. However, the boy and his mother from the beginning maintain that in their homeland they are not safe and insist that the process of murdering Maja takes place in Greece. That is why the patron of Bartosz G. appealed against this decision. This means that for now a teenager will not return to the country. You have to wait for the final court decision.

A Pole’s lawyer who represents a teenager on extradition, appealed against the decision of the Greek justice system. – On Monday we expect to convene a court council – explains Maria Chartomantei in an interview with the Greek channel « Mega TV ».
The decision is to be made on July 1, July 15 or September 2. Until then, Bartosz will remain in Greece
