The evaluation of more than 110 injured in the Pulse Club ended in hospitals abroad
The team of doctors specialists from the clinics in Skopje, which in the past few days, was staying at the General Hospital with an extended activity in Kocani, completed the evaluation of the condition of the injured in the fire at the Pulse Club.
More than 110 patients previously treated at hospitals abroad have been examined and now have daily physical therapy and injuries to the hospital.
According to the director of the General Hospital Kristina Serafimova, the injured were also injured in the evaluation of the evaluation. In the coming days, the specialist team should prepare a report, which will know what condition all patients are after two months of the tragic event.
Health workers, along with volunteers from Support Kocani, are engaged in providing appropriate financial and medical attention for the injured.
– We have found that some of the injured who returned from treatment have open wounds and some have more complicated injuries, which will require an overwhelming plastic operation. Our hospital has no staff or special equipment, so our biggest fear is not to have any problem with infection, not complicating the condition with a bacterium and not to come to sepsis. There were already several cases in injuries, to tear off part of the skin, which we received from some of the injured – said Ivan Ivanovski of « Support Kocani ».
At the General Hospital in Kocani, physical therapy is currently injured for reducing problems with the movement of limb joints, and another 70 patients have burns. Treating many patients will last for several years and they must not expose injuries to the sun and external influences.
The biggest problem in the General Hospital remains the lack of health personnel, mainly nurses. The team of health workers from Kocani is also assisted by doctors, physiotherapists, instrumentation from the Stip hospital.
