The European Parliament claims its 3.5 million euros in damages – Liberation

The flame party as well as 12 of the persons sentenced in the file of assistants of MEPs of the Party, including Marine Le Pen, appealed the judgment.

A second trial is to take place in the first half of 2025 before the Paris Court of Appeal, which indicated that it intended to make its decision in the summer of next year.
