The Council of the European Union imposed new sanctions against Belarus through democracy, as well as internal repression and promotion of the Russian war against Ukraine.

Details: The new sanction measures relate to a total of 25 individuals and 7 legal entities responsible for democracy and the rule of law in Belarus, as well as with the promotion of internal repression, human rights violations and military cooperation with Russia in support of war against Ukraine. «
