The husband of Lost Beata Klimek for a long time consistently refused to undergo a crazy study. At the beginning of March, to everyone’s surprise, he changed his mind. Jan K. agreed to a variographic examination at the urging of journalists of the criminal channel. However, he set a condition – he had the right to decide whether he would allow these results to be available or not.

The study was conducted on March 7 in Szczecin by a polygraph representing the Institute of Variography. However, Jan K. did not agree to publish the results. Why? Because – as he explained in an interview with the criminal channel journalist – the document had all his sensitive data, even the names of the drugs he took.
We have a document and I will be honest with you. Mr. Jan answered three questions, the device very clearly recorded his body’s reaction to these questions, to his answers. A variograph is not a device that is to determine someone’s wine. This device is burdened with a certain mistake. It cannot be proof, but it complements the evidence. These reactions were very strong. I can’t say if they were positive or negative.
– commented the journalist of the criminal channel.
A few days later, the statement in the case was issued by the Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Research. It said that the examination of Beata Klimek « was undergoing unreliable due to the arbitrary discontinuation of psychotropic drugs shortly before the examination. »
It has also been added that the study should be repeated, taking into account one of two conditions.
« One of them is a return to the regular acceptance of pharmaceuticals recommended by a doctor, while the second has a significant passage of time from withdrawal of medicines allowing Mr. Jan K. to return to the state of homeostasis, and above all the resolution of the symptoms of the withdrawal syndrome, » was reported in the communiqué.

The study of the parents of Jan K. and his current partner Agnieszka B. The woman explained in an interview with « Fakt » that it was a procedural examination at the request of the prosecutor’s office.
– Yes, I underwent a crazy study. I am innocent, why should I not undergo a study? It was a procedural examination at the request of the prosecutor. We do it so that they give us peace – the police, the prosecutor’s office and it is also about the community – said « Fakt » Agnieszka.
Are the results of these studies already known? Jan K.’s partner in an interview with « Fakt » assured that he would make public as soon as she received them. However, it turns out that it will not be that simple.
– Neither I nor Jan’s parents know the test results. The police told us that they would not give us them because we are not a party in the case and we cannot have an insight into the file – tells us Agnieszka B.
He claims that her partner is also to undergo a prosecutor’s study of a variograph.
– Jan is waiting for the appointment by the prosecutor – reveals the man’s partner.

The search for Beata Klimek (47 years old) has been going on for over six months. The resident is advising (Łobez commune, West Pomeranian Voivodeship) on October 7, on the age of 7.00 she took three children to a school bus and was to go to work at 8:00. However, she never got there.
The boss concerned about the absence of a 47-year-old at work, tried to reach her. At that time there was a connection signal, but the connection was not received. After 8.40 The woman’s phone was inactive. The car, which Mrs. Beata usually went to work, stayed in front of the house. However, there was neither her purse nor the phone.
The woman lived with her in -laws in a two -storey building in advice. She was in the process of divorce with her husband. The couple parted after 26 years of marriage. The man got involved with a new partner and moved out of the house to the nearby city of Łobez over a year ago.
The relatives of the woman, as well as the local community, are convinced that the woman fell victim to the crime. They direct their suspicions to her 47-year-old husband. The man categorically denies that he had anything to do with his wife’s disappearance.
