The disappearance of Beata Klimek. Jan K.’s partner regained her son
Meanwhile, as « Fakt » established, Agnieszka B.’s new partner, she regained full care of her 13-year-old son who had been in a foster family. The boy from mid -February this year. He lives with his mother and Jan K. in his house in advice.
– Yes, I regained my son and I’m happy. I had limited rights, and now I have full. Son is also happy that he is with us. We all waited impatiently for this – Agnieszka B. said in an interview with « Fakt »
The woman’s enthusiasm is not shared by her ex -husband and biological father of the boy. Mr. Andrzej told « Fakt » about his fears.
– In the matter of care for Piotr, there were two hearings at the District Court in Nakło nad Notecią – one in December and the other in mid -February. I did not agree that Agnieszka regained our son’s care. Unfortunately, during the second hearing a decision was made that Agnieszka was given full care of her son. I only have the right to, so -called « vacation » of a child, i.e. seeing him at certain dates – says Mr. Andrzej.
He adds that he spoke to the judge about his fears about his son in the context of the loss of Beata Klimek.
– I told the judge about Mrs. Beata’s case and explained that in this situation the child should not go to his mother. The more that Agnieszka already has a criminal past behind her. In my opinion, she and Jan K. will go to prison, it’s probably just a matter of time. I am convinced that Agnieszka knows what happened to Mrs. Beata. And what will happen to Piotr then? Another trauma awaits him. I do not understand why the court did not take all these arguments into account and restored her full rights to his son – says Mr. Andrzej.
The man emphasizes that it is very hard for him to know that his son now lives with a man who has heard allegations of abuse of his children.
– It chilled me when I found out about it. What man does such methods apply to children? It will stand for hours with your hands up, beating for a lost sock, forcing to eat chocolate, until vomiting? After all, these are some Nazi methods, only a psychopath can do. I talked to my son on the phone after he lived with his mother and Jan K. in advice, I asked if he was all right. He said yes, but I’m not sure if he was telling the truth, or maybe someone told him to say that – the man wonders.
Mr. Andrzej, who currently has limited rights to his son, claims that he will try to regain the care of the boy.
– I made mistakes in my life, I don’t hide it, I had a problem with alcohol. Agnieszka after years of marriage left me children and left, and later the court limited me my parental rights. That is why Peter came to a foster family, our second son is already an adult. Now I am going to regain the right to care for my son, I will not let him be brought up by a man who was abusing his children, and in addition he can have the blood of his wife on his hands. I am very afraid of my son – emphasizes Mr. Andrzej.
