The disappearance of Beata Klimek. A sudden phrase on Jan K.’s examination
Until now, the husband of Lost Beata Klimek has been consistently refused to undergo a crazy study. At the beginning of March, to everyone’s surprise, he changed his mind. Jan K. (no longer agrees to administer the full name – ed.) He agreed to the examination at the urging of the criminal channel journalists. However, he set a condition – he had the right to decide whether he would allow these results to be available or not.
The study was conducted on March 7 in Szczecin by a polygraph representing the Institute of Variography. However, Jan K. did not agree to publish the results. Why? Because – as he explained in an interview with the criminal channel journalist – the document contains all his sensitive data, even the names of the drugs he takes.
We have a document and I will be honest with you. Mr. Jan answered three questions, the device very clearly recorded his body’s reaction to these questions, to his answers. A variograph is not a device that is to determine someone’s wine. This device is burdened with a certain mistake. It cannot be proof, but it complements the evidence. These reactions were very strong. I can’t say if they were positive or negative. I have an appeal to Mr. Jan. Mr. John, we did a variographical examination, after which you told me straight in the eye: I am innocent, I did nothing. Since we do not want to share these public opinion materials, why will you not give in to the service of services?
– commented the journalist of the criminal channel.
Statement of the Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Research
Now the statement on this matter was issued by the Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Research.
« Due to the growing amount of information in the media about printing (crazy) research conducted in the matter of the disappearance of Mrs. Beata Klimek and reproduction of incomplete information, the Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Research (hereinafter: PTBP) decided in the matter of taking the following position.
Well, on March 9, 2025 on the « Criminal Channel Extra Channel » belonging to the Lifetube Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Warsaw, a film on YouTube was released on the psychophysiological (printing) study of Mr. Jan K. – a husband missing in October last year, Beata Klimek » – reads the statement in the introduction.
In its further part it was explained that the examination that Mrs. Beata Klimek’s husband « was subjected to » should be considered unreliable due to the arbitrary discontinuation of psychotropic drugs shortly before the examination. «
« A study using a computer polygraph, which was subjected to Jan K., was preceded by the examined recommendation to stop accepting pharmaceuticals prescribed by the doctor. It was – from the point of view of standards and current scientific knowledge – strictly competence error » – read.
It was further explained that « sudden withdrawal of psychotropic drugs is above all dangerous and can lead to serious consequences, both mental and somatic. »
« While taking the vast majority of drugs is not a contraindication to undergoing a person, the sudden withdrawal can significantly affect the test result, because it causes a number of psychophysiological changes in the scope recorded by polygraph. One of the most important effects of discontinuation of psychotropic drugs is an increase in autonomous stimulation. A rapid discontinuation of benzodiazepines or antipsychotic drugs severe anxiety, trembling hands, increased sweating and accelerated heart rate.
PTBP: « The study should be repeated »
Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Research It is of the opinion that the examination should be repeated, taking into account one of two conditions.
« One of them is to return to regularly accept the pharmaceuticals recommended by a doctor, while the second has a significant passage of time from withdrawal of medication allowing Mr. Jan K. to return to the state of homeostasis, and above all the resolution of the symptoms of the withdrawal syndrome, » was reported in the communiqué.
Attention was also paid to the issue of « full -extent conducted », which is raised in a film published on the criminal channel.
« The incomplete scope of the study is incomprehensible to PTBP, because each examination – both process and non -interval – consists of a comprehensive, conducted on the basis of specific topics of premature conversation, discussion of questions, demonstration test, diagnostic tests and statements of the examined person submitted after the tests. Practice and standards do not assume except for this scheme » – We read.
In addition – as reported in a statement – in one of the films published on the criminal channel it is said that the concubine of Mr. Jan K. was subjected to a processional polygraphic examination, « at which she was at the Institute of Variographic Research. »
« Most likely, this inaccuracy was not due to bad will and a desire to disinfect, but lack of complete knowledge. Nevertheless, we deny that Agnieszka B.’s procedural examination was conducted by a court expert, who has a recommendation testimony issued by PTBP and is not associated with IBW in any way » – explains the Legal Committee of the Polish Society of Printing Studies.
In the further part, the statements given by Łukasz Tusiński from the criminal channel on the subject of the study of Jan K. a variographic.
« On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, in the TVN television program, NOTE! Mr. Łukasz Tusiński from the » Extra Criminal Channel « spoke about the study of Mr. Jan K., the editor, Mr. Łukasz Tusiński said that » the answer to the questions was registered by the device. » The polygraph does not register the answers to the test questions, only the response of the examined person related to the introduction of stimuli, which are these questions. The role of an expert (examining) is to correctly formulate both critical and comparative questions, and then compare appropriate reactions with each other, « it was explained.
« In addition, he stated that » the device reacted to answers to these questions « referring to critical questions regarding participation in the disappearance of Mrs. Beata Klimek. We emphasize that the polygraph does not respond to any questions, but only registers the reactions of the body of the examined person whose occurrence does not indicate the truth or lack of it. About the reactions typical of people answering honestly or we cannot speak only after analyzing charts and comparing reactions on critical questions, to those that occurred when introducing comparative questions. Of course, the key is to formulate the latter questions adequate to a given case after an exhaustive pre -test conversation. Although the editor of the « Extra criminal channel » later indicates that the reactions were « significant », it is not known what he meant » – we read in a statement.
Finally, it was once again emphasized that the research of the Lost Beata Klimek’s husband « should not – regardless of his result, not disclosed – to be considered reliable. »
« Due to the recommendation of the examined sudden withdrawal of the pharmaceuticals adopted and a very short period of examination in relation to the above, it should be clearly stated that the psychophysical condition of Mr. Jan K. did not qualify him to participate in the » evidence « study (otherwise the examination should be seen for investigators or in non -corpse situations). At the same time, we ask the authors of the « Extra criminal channel » to rectify that Agnieszka B.’s trial examination was not conducted by a polygraph from IBW, as well as that the expert performing this examination is not associated with this entity, and is an expert of the Polish Society of Printing Research » – we read in a statement.
Agnieszka B. studied with a variograph
The current partner Jan K. in an interview with « Fakt » admitted that she had recently undergone a crazy study. She explained that it was a procedural examination at the request of the prosecutor’s office.
– Yes, I underwent a crazy study. I am innocent, why should I not undergo a study? It was a procedural examination at the request of the prosecutor. I was examined as a witness, I do not know the result yet, because I wait about two weeks. Jan’s parents will also be examined in the coming days. We do it so that they give us peace – the police, the prosecutor’s office and it is also about the community – said « Fakt » Agnieszka.
She added that she would give the results of the study to the public opinion as soon as she receives it.
