« The diaspora can make presidents. » You will see Sunday
Traian Basescu states, on Sunday, in an online rail with Marcel Ciolacu, that « the diaspora can make presidents », claiming that, in 2009, he won the elections with the massive vote of Romanians outside the country, not by theft, as Marcel Ciolacu accused. Basescu posted a message on Facebook on Sunday, entitled « Theft elections in Paris – 2009 ».
« Episode 2 – you will see Sunday!
Theft elections in Paris – 2009.
I assure you Mr. Ciolacu, one minute is 60 seconds.
A few days ago, when it came to frauding the presidential elections of 2024 (see episode 1), Mr. Ciolacu apostrophe me in the replica of the presidential elections of 2009, I quote: « You speak without shame of elections, when you became president a second time stealing votes – three per second. »
Mr. Premier, say that « I stole a shameless votes in Paris. » The statement is not worthy of a prime minister. Such lies are usually spoken by the « performing analysts » or « small politicians », which have not even won a commune town hall. That’s right, you didn’t win …
To clarify the « theft from Paris » I use the official figures in the archive and database of the AEP, data that were registered in the minutes signed by USL representatives (PSD and PNL).
The year 2007 (Referendum Suspension T. Băsescu)-Ambassador Sabin Pop: 3447 votes in 12 hours (voting program 08: 00-20: 00), 287 votes/hour.
Year 2009 (Presidential Tour): Ambassador Teodor Baconschi: 3785 votes in 14 hours (voting program 07: 00-21: 00), 270 votes/hour.
The year 2014 (second round – presidential) Ambassador Bogdan Mazuru Section 1: 4150 votes in 14 hours (voting program 07:00 – 21:00) – 296 votes per hour and section 2 (newly established) – 3528 votes – 14 hours (voting program 07:00 – 21:00), 253 votes/hour.
Looking at the figures we notice that we have about the same presence at the vote, regardless of the name of the ambassador, but with some dependence on the official time established by the Government (12 hours or 14 hours). Moreover, we notice that the record of votes reached in 2014 and not in 2009.
Therefore, in 2009, in Paris, 3785 voters were presented, who voted between 7-21 (14 hours). Therefore, 270 people per hour voted, with 5 stamps and 5 voting booths. On average, 54 people per hour voted in each cabin, so more than one minute per person.
The experience should tell you Mr. Premier that a minute is more than enough to put the stamp on a single ballot, with only two names.
Mr. Ciolacu, I know that « I do not give you out of the house » the schooling classes, but I think I can rely on you to differentiate between a minute that, I assure you, has 60 seconds, and « three seconds ».
As for the victory of Mircea Geoană, I could not win in 2009. I had been beating him in 2004 from the first round in the elections for the City Hall.
In 2024, with all his direct discharge from the NATO headquarters, even you beat him for votes Mr. Ciolacu, although you ruled dramatically.
And then, how do you think he could beat me in 2009, with all the huge media support, when the reasons he lost in 2024 were just as valid in 2009. The electorate senses us much better than you think.
I explain to you to understand Mr. Ciolacu. The 2009 elections were won with the massive vote of the diaspora, (79 percent).
As in 2009, if USL (PSD-PNL) loses vote, do everything that can steal or decredibility the result of the elections.
That’s what you do now Mr. Ciolacu. If you did not enter the second round at the presidentials of 2024, you simply resorted to the annulment of the elections, after you have tried the trick of the renovation of the votes, as in 2009.
Like Adrian Nastase in 2004, Mircea Geoană also relied on American support in 2009 and in 2024. I have always bet on the diaspora.
Mr. Ciolacu, neither you nor your colleagues, do not know that « the diaspora can make presidents. »
You will see Sunday! ”, Băsescu wrote on Facebook.
