The Defense Ministry changed the resolution on military medical examination

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has approved a new version of the Regulation on the Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The document should simplify document flow, accelerate decision making and reduce the risk of errors due to the human factor.

The innovations have already come into force, report In Mow.

What has changed?

Document circulation between VLK, CCC and military units

If the decision of the VLK – for example, on the suitability of service – does not require approval by the highest authority, the VLK will automatically send it electronically to the register « Oberig ».

Only examinations and accompanying documents in paper form will receive the CCC. Military units receive two paper copies of the resolution.

If the VLK makes a decision that requires approval (for example, the status of « unsuitable » or « temporarily unsuitable »), the documents will be transferred through the electronic office of the VLK.

All paper documents (except for the resolution) should be transferred to the Higher Level VLK no later than the next day after the inspection is completed. Previously, this process took up to 5 days and demanded all the materials.

Document verification deadlines

The VLK now has no more than 5 days to check the materials after their receipt.

If the inspection is carried out by the VLK of the regional or city shopping center and there are no errors, the documents under the decision « unsuitable » are transferred to the full -time VLK the next day after the audit.

In other cases, the decision automatically goes to the Oberig Register, and paper copies – to the shopping center.

If the audit is carried out by a full -time VLK, the electronic document and the protocol immediately fall into the register. Paper copies of the protocol are certified by the seal and transferred to the CCC: two copies for servicemen, four – for servicemen.

Issuing solutions to those who have been examined

When the decision of the VLK does not require approval, the citizen receives a document immediately in a medical institution – on the day of request. Previously, only the CCC was issued.

If the approval is required, the Tax Code independently prints the resolution from the register « Oberig », certifies the seal and issues together with the protocol. Previously, the document could only be obtained after receipt of the protocol from the VLK.
