The death of 14-year-old Tosia in Bartniki. The angel did not protect her on a tragic day
She left the school in Bartniki near Żyrardów (Masovian Voivodeship) and started a well -known route. She was coming home. The relatives did not see her this tragic afternoon. Tosia was hit by a Fiat driver. She died in the hospital.
Bartniki. Deadly deducting a 14-year-old under the school
Tuesday afternoon, February 18, in Bartniki. It was around 14. Ul. Miodowa was returned to children from a nearby school. This is a simple section of the road. The pavement is not everywhere. There are no releasing thresholds.
Tosia finished lessons and was coming home. She was walking with her friend. They were near the school, when a Fiat Panda driver, a 73-year-old, hit a girl walking. He hit Tosia and then rammed two other cars: Opel leaving the school parking lot and Volkswagen from the opposite direction.
Witnesses were the first to go to the rescue. Tosia was lying on the side of the road. The view was terrible. The 14-year-old was taken by helicopter to the hospital. Her condition was very serious from the beginning. Everyone prayed for a miracle. After a few hours, tragic news about the girl’s death came from the facility.

She said goodbye to her school with great pain and sadness. The girl was a seventh grade student.
Moving this unexpected death, we do not find words to express the regret we feel. Antosia will remain in our memory and heart as a nice student, friendly friend and valuable young man. We will all remember Tosia as a good, showing a pupil that shows a heart

Tosia was buried at the local cemetery. Her grave was covered with white flowers. Now that nature comes to life, its grave looks extremely painful. A 14-year-old looks from the photo on the grave. This is another such painful tragedy in the Antosi family. Years ago, as Se.pl reports, the mother of the 14-year-old lost her little son. The boy died in a car accident. He traveled with his mother then. The woman lost the child for the second time in terribly similar circumstances.
The investigation continues. An unexpected attitude of the suspect
The investigation into a tragic accident is being conducted by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Żyrardów. It is known that the 73-year-old was questioned as a suspect. An expert in the field of accident reconstruction was appointed.
The Fiat driver, as Se.pl determined, heard the allegation of unintentional causing a fatal accident.
The suspect did not admit to the accusation. The prosecutor issued a decision to detain his suspected driving license and with his state of health with the application of preventive measures

The 73-year-old faces up to 8 years in prison.
