The Dac’s flag, six hours on the parliament’s fence
The man known as the ‘Dac’s flag’ chosen on Friday with two contraventional sanctions, totaling 1,800 lei, after climbing the fence of the Parliament Palace, the side from Freedom Boulevard, and remained on one of his pillars for six hours.

Cezar Avămuță, 58, is known in the public space for similar behaviors, being repeatedly sanctioned.
According to the statement, in the dialogue with law enforcement, in trying to descend to descend, the man addressed their offensive expressions.
‘As a result, two contraventional sanctions were applied, totaling 1,800 lei, in accordance with the provisions of art. 2, para. 1 of Law no. 61/1991 (republished) for sanctioning the facts of violation of some norms of social coexistence, of public order and peace, with the subsequent modifications and completions’, the source quoted shows.
Avămuță went down around 5:25 pm on the fence and left the area.
