The tenant already operates a restaurant in Kockelscheuer.
The 16.6 hectare park was opened in the summer of 2023. The restaurant was supposed to open in the winter of 2024/2025, then the aim of March of this year was targeted and then at the end of June, early July.
There are 96 seats available indoors. The restaurant, which was designed by Diane Architecture et urbanism, has a terrace of 160 square meters with 60 seats. For the boulevard de Kockelscheuer there is another terrace on 105 square meters, which is to be equipped with standing tables. The brasserie costs 7.5 million euros. The first cost estimate was 5.1 million euros.
