In order to quickly handle the matter, he gave a bribe « at a further undetected amount, but at least EUR 10 for one application ». This is how the judge described it in the judgment.
The district office has thirty calendar days to handle the application, the fee is EUR 100. Accelerated proceedings are paid three times, ie 300 euros.
« The surcharge for an accelerated decision is due on the day of the application. If the proceedings have been discontinued or the application has been rejected, the fee is not refunded, » the department informs.
The clerk bypassed it – according to the police, she took the money in her pocket. She made money and the clients who saved were also satisfied.
