The staff representatives obtained a meeting this Monday morning with the company Atalian, their employer, a contractor under contract with Sciences-Po Paris for the maintenance of the twelve buildings of the establishment located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. In a press release released on Saturday, CFDT elected officials therefore announced their intention « To give a chance to this dialogue approach » and « Report the strike ». Their idea: « Favor the path of negotiation to achieve concrete and satisfactory solutions. »
This advance, the first since the social conflict was started in December, remains uncertain. Hoping for a happy outlet, the staff remain on guard. In its press release, the CFDT Cleanliness indicates « That in the absence of agreement at the end of (the) meeting (with Atalian), the conflict could intensify without any notice » And the cleaning strike starts on Tuesday.
