BRATISLAVA. They filed a criminal complaint with the SNS coalition CIS for billboards with the slogan « We stopped financing LGBTI projects ».

The leader of the nationalists Andrej Danko informed on Friday after hearing at the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Bratislava.

According to him, the aim was not to attack LGBTI persons, but to draw attention to inefficient spending of finance.

In connection with the criminal complaint, he spoke of damage to the CIS name. The one who filed a criminal complaint should, according to him, should be responsible if it turns out that the nationalists acted legally.

« The CIS policy is that we respect every religion, orientation, and I don’t care who has the skin color and how it lives in private. Our communication campaign has been led to point out inefficient spending of financial resources, » he said.

He thinks that if someone saw something bad behind it, he did not have to file a criminal complaint immediately.

In his own words, the CIS chairman regrets that there are people in society who are able to file a criminal complaint for anything.

« We live in a time when you do not even know who will give you a criminal complaint and you can’t even know it.

He believes that if the CIS proceedings show the legality of the proceedings, the person who filed a criminal complaint will be liable. He also wants to claim damages.

« Anyone who wakes up in the morning can not give a criminal complaint and not to be responsible for it, or to compensate for the damage, » Danko added. He hopes that the person concerned will withdraw the criminal complaint.
