The head of the RTC and JV in Kharkiv and his deputy were removed from the performance of official duties at the time of investigation of the death of a man in the territory of the Tax Code on May 12.

Details: The command noted that the preliminary conclusion after work at the scene of the investigative group and experts: a 39-year-old man committed suicide by jumping out of the window.

Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the note « Suicide », the relevant materials were sent to the State Bureau of Investigation to check the actions of servicemen and employees of the territorial center of acquisition and social support.
