If I get to my memory in my memory, I remember sports coaches as quite peaceful, mature uncles, who are careful and philosophically following the team’s work on the pitch. Now much is different. Often coaches do not even sit on the bench during the game. At best, they stand, but more often run, jump, speak, scream, gesture, showcases mimic. Over time, I have concluded that one of the most emotional is usually basketball coaches. Perhaps because they are very close to the field and feel like the players in the game.

Fanatic

Of course, one of the most prominent people in Latvia in this craft is Peter Vishnevich. I also remember his and bonus at the beginning of the Latvian Basketball League. Big basketball fanatic, but also a solid volcano. Even more vividly he’s left with ladies teams Avantis/Turība the progress. At times it was something unique! Especially if his team with young, physically well -trained players faced our leadership TTT Riga. These were usually the central games that attracted attention. Almost always the storyline turned out to be similar. In the introduction, TTT got a small lead, and coach Vishnevich quickly began to pull on. At first in the half, but quite soon he was like a crazy lion walked on the cage (sorry, along the ranks of the reservists) and Ray (sorry – spoke loudly) to his players. TTT was definitely a more skilled team at that time and Avantis/Turība For basketball players, for objective reasons, it was difficult to track the action of the opponents. It culminated in mistakes, so the result of the opponent only increased, but coach Vishnevich was almost walking on the walls and ceilings. The sounds of the coach will stop even an offensive elephant bar but Avantis/Turība Team players seemed to be trembling all parts of the body, which only worsened the situation. Moreover, during the game, Vishnevich was not present for the « culprit » basketball player and « gave me » reservists who had not worked for anything. Meanwhile, the pitch was even afraid to look towards the coach so as not to lose consciousness. However, it was not possible to avoid fate in a minute break. During these, the basketball players got a full program. Perhaps even rightly, but the coach’s roaring voice not only gave reference to specific mistakes, but also knocked out the last conviction that the players had still survived.
