Signs of academic poorness were found in the doctoral thesis of Lilia Filipyshyna – one of 60 candidates for the Scientific Committee of the National Council on the Development of Science and Technology under Government.
In the work of the Doctor of Economics, they found a borrowing on almost a third (27%) of pages of scientific work.

Lilia Filipyshyn received a degree in the Doctor of Economics, defending his dissertation at the Azov State Technical University.
In her work on « Formation of Strategy of Sustainable Economic Development of Industrial Enterprises » activists found Plagiarism on 102 pageswhich corresponds to almost a third (27%) of total work.
The authors of the analysis found that the borrowing was from the works of other scientists – Victoria Gonchar and Mikhail Uzun, who also wrote and defended their dissertations at the Azov State Technical University.
« From the dissertation, the potter was rewritten both small pieces and long fragments and even healthy tables – it turned out as much as 95 pages.
And from the dissertation of Uzun, two fragments were rewritten to 7 pages of the main text « – the activists say.

Lilia Filipyshyn works in three higher education institutions:

- Professor Department of Economics and Business Technologies of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the State University « Kyiv Aviation Institute »;
- Professor Departments of International Management and Innovation of the Institute of Economics and Management of the National University « Odesa Polytechnic ».
In addition, the scientist became winner National Prize « Best Ukrainian in the profession of 2020 » in the category « Scientist ».
What is known about the competition and the National Council for the Development of Science and Technology?
The National Council for the Development of Science and Technology-a advisory and advisory body under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Its purpose is to ensure interaction between scientists, executive bodies and the economy sector for the formation and implementation of policy in the field of scientific and scientific and technical activity. In particular, the Council provides proposals on the issues:
