The cancellation of ANL to « control the resources »

The National Federation of Trade Unions (FSI) accuses that the abolition of the National Housing Agency (aryl) is an abusive one, with hidden political and economic stakes and a « simple objective, taking over ANL funds, resources from rents, sales and their own warehouses ».

« ANL is the target of a reckless political decision, presented under the pretext of an » effective restructuring « . The truth? It is a calculated destruction of a solid and performing institution, with over 25 years of experience in the service of citizens, for the benefit of the obscure interests of certain political and economic groups. Public and administration announces, with a hurry, the abolition of ANL.

According to them, citizens will feel, shortly after this approach will be completed, the « negative effects of blockage, chaos and abandonment of hundreds of projects ongoing » – over 6,300 construction houses and applications for over 14,000 new homes. «

These immediate negative consequences are not taken into account by the political class, everything that matters is the money, the control and the confiscation of resources. The ANL programs build cheaper, faster and with more transparency than any other entity from the Ministry of Development. According to the same source, the minister of development, through the voice of the minister, « publicly insulted » the work of ANL employees, suggesting that they are « 11 times less productive » than those in the ministry.

The trade unionists of the administration believe that behind this approach « there is a simple objective: taking ANL funds, rents, sales and their own warehouses ».

« All this will go to the ministry to be » spent « without any guarantee that they will continue to be used for the benefit of young people or communities. ANL is a simple and efficient institution. Instead of being supported, it is to be abolished, although they approach and try to solve one of the most pressing problems of society: access to housing. We ask the immediate termination of this irrational, suspicious and abusive decision! Recently, the Minister of Development, Cseke Attila, announced that the ministry he runs will be reorganized, by reducing over 500 positions, including driving, and two of the subordinated institutions -the National Agency for Housing (ANL) and the National Institute of Administration (Ina) -, will be abolished, the duties will be taken by the ministry.
