The social partners have never had as much weight in the government as now. For the time being, this is not good news for the country’s ability to reform: the organizations have made themselves comfortable in the existing structures.
Do you think that the social partners were previously a kind of institutionalized supporting government, but have meanwhile lost a lot of influence?
