The decision of the court of the Court of Appeal Ploiești, who suspended the decision of the CCR annulment of the presidential elections of 2024, aims to attract votes to the anti-European candidates, says journalist Cristian Tudor Popescu (CTP) in an intervention at B1TV.
The journalist compares the decision of the Ploiești Court of Appeal with a so-called « press bomb » launched by the television stations against the candidates they do not support. According to him, on the other hand, the decision of the Intantea from Ploiești can also follow the triggering of an anarchy in the Romanian society, as happened last months, after the rejection of Călin Georgescu.
« What did this person do the title of judge, from Ploiești, is a press bomb, as we see every evening on various televisions. Each, according to interest and after the candidate, being against the others, mounts, every evening, such a bomb, or not to believe.
This time, the bomb is placed by a state institution, paid from the budget, by all of us, not a private television. This judge – you do not have to know great legal philosophy to understand – he violated all the laws in Romania regarding the RCC. Before we do analyzes that can be done on the spot, this is this administrative litigation section that has nothing to do with this decision that is not an administrative decision. It was not even able to make such a decision the judge from the respective section, from Ploiești ”, said Cristian Tudor Popescu.
The journalist believes that this appeal, against the decision CCR It should have been rejected, if they do not fall within the legal terms of challenge, provided by law.
« But I ask you something else, as a citizen who thinks. From December 6, the CCR has made the decision to annul the elections. In all the justice in this country there are terms for the appeal. Any decision can be challenged, from the RCC to the last sector court, there is 30 days. It did not even have to be taken into account by the judge now.
