At the morning of May 23, around 5.50, Przedszeń came across the body of an over 70-year-old man lying under the tree at ul. Cyprian Kamil Norwid. An ambulance immediately arrived, which stated that the Denat was already dead.

A spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, Piotr A. Skiba, announced that in the investigators from the Warsaw Wola District Prosecutor’s Office, they carried out a detailed examination of the corpse, and the body was forwarded to the Department of Forensic Medicine in Warsaw.
Skiba added that for the time being full proceedings have not yet been registered in the prosecutor’s office, and the activities as part of the checking procedure are being conducted by the Warsaw IV Police Headquarters. – Further decisions in the case, including in terms of the direction of proceedings and legal qualification, will be taken after the influence of the act to the prosecutor’s office – informs prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba.
