The names of the two women who were part of the Russian spy network was managed from the United Kingdom, first mentioned in the text of the BBC investigation.

In the Bulgarian business register, it says that the only owner of the company is International Aviation Consult.

We called Genchevo to the Bulgarian phone number used for real estate jobs.

She interrupted the connection as soon as we said we were from the BBC and to talk to the conversation, not to hear the reason for the call.

In response to the letter we sent to her later and we presented her evidence of her, she said she « didn’t want to comment on the case » and not to give her consent to her name.

She replied in Bulgaria, claiming not to speak English well.

However, at her public linkdine profile, it is stated that English speaks « excellent and fluent », and that she completed her studies in English.

Rusev recognized the criminal offense before the British Court and was sentenced to ten years in prison.

In court documents, Jan Marsalek was directly ordered by the monitoring of Ana Talhamer directly.

Donceva admitted to the police that she photographed the journalist’s then workplace then and followed the restaurant nearby.

Talhamer doesn’t know where they followed her, but she found out that some of her sources were identified and that there were tries to break into their homes.

Donceva was extremely active on social networks, and even her cat has an account on tiktok.

When the BBC approached her in Vienna Street, Donceva denied that she was that person and refused to answer the questions.

The Austrian Public Prosecutor’s Office requested that Dončeva was retained in custody until the trial, but the court rejected that request and it was released.
