The banalization of the fiscal crime or as Ayuso lies in defense of her boyfriend | Spain
Carlos Alsina (wave zero) put this Thursday to Isabel Díaz Ayuso in front of the mirror of some of the most repeated lies by the Madrid president. « What do you think of who, like you, banalizes tax fraud? » Asked the journalist. Accustomed to self -refilling of pomboy in the media that he goes frequently – always the same – was surprised at such a movie. « I do not banalize any fiscal fraud, I think everyone has to pay and if one pays an off -term tax, you have to pay a fine, » he replied with a refusal that seemed rather a confirmation. Nothing serious, came to say, something banal. Ayuso referred to that Alberto González Amador, his partnerallegedly paid the business societies tax, « as autonomous (entrepreneurs). » And that, according to Ayuso, should be resolved by paying a fine and never, as has happened, with a judicial imputation for two fiscal crimes punished with between two and 10 years in jail.
However, González Amador always paid in the deadline, although much less than the Corporation Tax. But deducting non -existent expenses through false invoices.
The journalist Alsina said on several occasions that the version that Ayuso was giving about the case that affects his partner, Alberto González Amador, does not correspond to the truth. It was an elegant way to say it and the first time that the Madrid president could hear it in the words of an interviewer.
Ayuso has been fleeing from an awkward truth that threatens his job: the alleged fiscal double fraud of the couple with whom he lives. The president chose a defense strategy based on disseminating falsehoods that cast without difficulty in media where bulos without danger to being denied live. Until yesterday.
The facts matter and are the ones that follow.
Commissioner González Amador won two million euros in 2020 for an intermediation operation in the sale of masks. His company, Maswell Cremona, presented in June 2021 the 2020 Corporation Tax Declaration including a false invoice with non -existent expenses of 620,000 euros to save through that deduction up to 155,000 euros in taxes. Only one month after the Tax Agency opened an inspection before that suspicious statement of fraud (May 2022), González Amador did the same again in the declaration of the following year to save 195,000 euros in taxes. He did it again including more false invoices and involving more entrepreneurs in a new fraud. He declared non -existent expenses for more than one million euros: an invoice of 927,000 euros for a failed operation in Ivory Coast, and another dozen invoices for 178,000 euros with several Andalusian businessmen. These facts are accredited in the open tax file in the Treasury and admitted almost entirely by the Ayuso couple who, in an attempt to repair the damage and avoid the trial, proposed through his representative before the Treasury to pay everything disappointed in the declaration of the Corporation Tax presented in 2023. His fiscal advisor was advised against it, according to the minutes of the Tax Agency, with the argument that it could not be done or should be done.
But Ayuso forgets all these facts To build a story of half truths and whole lies:
« Not being my partner, this case was nowhere. » Ayuso repeats in recent days this version on the case: « We have been thirteen with a media judgment for a fiscal inspection that, at most, was a fine, that if not my partner was not anywhere. » In reality, neither the fiscal inspectors who uncovered the two alleged fraud and signed the “liquidation linked to crime”, nor the prosecutors who intervened in the case to file the complaint before the court knew that González Amador was the couple of the Madrid president, as they have declared and others before different courts. Not being Ayuso’s couple, This case would have ended in trial with a more than probable penalty of jail for the commission of two fiscal crimes and another of documentary falsehood.
« When he makes fiscal statements it is a time when we don’t know each other. » All the crimes for which Alberto González Amador is charged committed them being a couple of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, although the Madrid president denies it. « When he makes fiscal statements it is a time when we do not know each other. I do not know if when he is going to make his statement it is clear that in the future he will go out with a woman who is a politician, » said the PP leader yesterday. The first crime for which González Amador is investigated corresponds to the declaration of the 2020 Corporation Tax submitted in the summer of 2021, when he spent the summer in Ayuso in Croatia and included expenses of that trip to deduct them in his declaration of the Tax of Corporations of the following year.
« It does not pay a tax in the exercise that touched. It is not hidden from the inspection, it tells the inspector herself, who has an interest in paying. » Ayuso says that her boyfriend « did not hide the inspection » his fraud, and that he told « the inspector herself. » It is false, for a year and a half he tried to justify why he included in his two statements non -existent expenses. When González Amador’s representative considered that the Treasury had solid fraud evidence, he presented a letter of allegations recognizing the facts and ensuring the inspection that González Amador had not worked in bad faith and intended to repair the damage. But it was already late to avoid the trial because the Criminal Code does not allow it.
« He is defending in the courts the veracity of those invoices. » Fake. Ayuso holds something – the “veracity” of the invoices presented by González Amador in his statements – that no lawyer of his partner has done so far, but quite the opposite. The only evidence that is in the case of these invoices are the recognition by González Amador that he did not have those expenses that he deduced in his statements and that « certainly » committed « two fiscal crimes. » When Alsina remembered Ayuso the existence of an email sent by González Amador’s lawyer to the Prosecutor’s Office admitting the two crimes, Ayuso lying again: « It is not so, it will be counted on the 10th. It is not so, it is not true. The 10 (González Amador) will explain everything that has happened there. » Ayuso probably did not understand the journalist’s phrase because he was little accustomed to having to answer in his usual media about accredited facts that place his partner on the verge of a prison sentence.
