– This is absolutely my setting, created without any consultation with experts – art historians, including my preface in the catalog. I first reminded that among my pictures also has Artist Naivača. They were purchased for the past twenty years. Not a lot, a dozen: two ionas, Hallups, Knjazović, Pilh … there were several painters and more parts bought during the years on the auctions of my auction house Madlart – Balan, Fejes, Rašić, Paluška. The Croatian Naive was represented with three, four canvases of Rabuzin, Bahunec and Grgeca. Suddenly I had a whole wealth of colors, motives and the most recognized old artists Naivac. These newer works, especially occurred after 2020. I personally elected their strength of expression, going to the Kovačica, or by purchasing with our galerists. Of course, with several departures at the Museum of Naive Art in Jagodina – says Madlena Zepter.
