The author was captured at midnight by the Tirana DVP services in Allias.

Specialists of the Crimes Investigation Section against the DVP Dibër, in cooperation with the Mat Police Station, shortly after the incident that occurred on 11.06.2025, in the village of Xiber-Murriza, where he was found with no signs of life and damage to the body, citizen SV, 65 years old, clarifying the circumstances of the case.

As a result of rapid and professional investigative actions, the dynamics of the event were revealed. From the actions performed, it is suspected that HV and SV citizens were initially physically conflicted for poor motives and then HV citizen stabbed the SV citizen, causing death.

In addition to the actions, thanks to the information received from the Tirana Local Police Directorate on the location of the alleged perpetrator, the Tirana DVP services captured in the Allias neighborhood and arrested the alleged perpetrator, citizen HV, 32, resident in Allias, who was sheltered in his brother’s apartment after the crime.

In the quality of material evidence, the cold weapon (knife) was seized, suspected to have been used by the author.

Procedural materials referred to the Dibra Prosecutor’s Office for further action on the offenses of « premeditated murder » and « Unlawful production and possession of cold weapons ».
