« After Ásgeir dropped out at the beginning of the year, we went to look for ways to remember him at the festival, and we intend to award these audience awards, » says Kristín about the Asgeir, which will be awarded at a shield.
« The prize will be awarded to the most loyal viewer at the festival. So in his spirit, because he never missed a picture and always asked more questions in question and answered, » says Kristín about Asgeir and Asgeir.
Kristín says the name of the awards is called Einarinn, which is another audience award. Einar’s victory is awarded by voting viewers, while other award winners are selected by the jury.

« When Asgeir was diagnosed now late this fall and it was clear what the aim was, I think he really started thinking about everything he had left undone and everything he was going to release, » says Kristín about Asgeir. She says he then advertised for « poetry » and « Light Fathers » for another version of poems and other works he wanted to come out.
Asgeir blew on this occasion at a party, where he intended to find the successor of the projects. He died the night before the party took place in Kjarnaskógur.

They have in their custody for the remainder of his book. After Asgeir there are two poetry books, Cruel adventure (2010) and Future (2015).
