The event took place last week, in the evening, when the police received a report about threats led by a 41-year-old. The man threatened random people with a knife, as well as peeling his eyes with scissors. Policemen immediately went to the indicated address, but they only found applicants. The aggressor moved to his apartment, where he was detained.
