The actor Val Kilmer is dead
Val Kilmer is known, among other things, for his participation in films such as « Top Gun » and « Batman Forever ».
He died of pneumonia, says his daughter for Nyt. He got throat cancer in 2014, but was declared well later.
He made his debut in 1984 In the movie « Top Secret! » and later played, among others, Batman in « Batman Forever » in 1995. Val Kilmer also portrayed Jim Morrison in the Oliver Stones movie « The Doors » in 1991.
He also played against Tom Cruise in « Top Gun » from 1986 and played robbers in « Heat » from 1995. He also appeared briefly in the sequel « Top Gun: Maverick » from 2022.
Val Kilmer was born in Los Angeles, California, 1959. He has two children, Mercedes Kilmer and Jack Kilmer. In the acclaimed documentary « Choice » from 2021, Val Kilmer talks about his life and about living with throat cancer.
