On Thursday, the Włocławek duty officer received a hacking report to the jewelry point. Security workers took the perpetrator at the scene. The man struck the exhibition glass and stole watches and jewelry worth about PLN 1,400. The detained was taken to the command and was sent to police custody.

Further crimes

The investigation showed that breaking into the jeweler was not the only crime of a suspect. At the turn of February and March he made two thefts in stores, appropriation of small household appliances and cosmetics. In addition, in mid -February, he stole eight pieces of aluminum car rims from a service point. Total losses were estimated at over PLN 5,000.

Legal consequences

The second day after arrest, on March 28, 2025, the suspect heard allegations related to burglary and thefts he committed in recidivism. He faces a penalty of up to 15 years imprisonment. At the request of investigators, the court applied a temporary detention for him for three months.
