Koper police officers criminalized a 33-year-old man from Koper, a multiple perpetrator of various crimes he committed in Koper. He was brought to a hearing judge, who ordered him detention.

On the basis of the evidence, police officers reasonably suspected that a man was planningly engaged in unjustified production and transport of illicit drugs and other criminal offenses. “The 33-year-old is constantly and continuously committing crimes with elements of violence that causes minors to be harmed. It also providesly states minor women on illicit drugs, « they added.

Police officers also suspect stalking.
