To a shocking event in Sucha Beskidzka (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) took place on Monday, April 28 after 16.00. When the police found a 22-year-old with heavy head and hand wounds, they quickly started to help him. The man’s condition, however, was so serious that he required immediate help of doctors.

The injured man was transported to the hospital in Sucha Beskidzka. Meanwhile, the officers dealt with finding the perpetrator. According to police officers, the 22-year-old was brutally attacked by his friend and hit by him several times axe.
A suspected, 35-year-old resident of the Suski poviat, was soon arrested by investigators, and the evidence they gathered, allowed him to present him by the prosecutor’s allegation of severe damage to health. The Penal Code provides for a penalty from three years to even 20 years in prison.
35-year-old on Thursday, May 1 was brought to the District Court in Sucha Beskidzka, where at the request of the prosecutor the court decided to apply to him temporary detention. The man will spend the next three months there.
