Gave a trip to the mountains
The founder of the gymnasium in Lithuania Gymnasium students who won the highest awards and travel to the Slovak Mountains were awarded the highest awards.
Ieva Konstantinavičiūtė won a gold medal in the Republican Stage of the 16th Lithuanian Pupils’ Natural Sciences Olympiad, and second-grade gymnast Amanda Indrišiūnaitė-a silver medal.
In addition, A. Indrišiūnaitė won first place in the 57th Lithuanian Biology Olympiad District and 63 Lithuanian Pupils ‘Chemistry Olympiad district, and the 73rd Lithuanian Pupils’ Mathematics Olympiad took III place.
In the Republican Stage of the Lithuanian Population Genocide and Resistance Research Center competition “Lithuanian Fighting for Freedom and Loss History”, Amandai went to II place.
Magdalena Brundzaitė, a third-grade gymnast, was awarded the 3rd degree diploma at the Republican Stage of the 57th Lithuanian Pupils’ Young Philologists.
Also, a third-year gymnast, Linas Rumbutis, won the 2nd place in the 37th Lithuanian Pupils ‘Geography Olympiad district, and in the Republican Stage of the Lithuanian Pupils’ Geoscience Olympics, he received the highest award-a gold medal.

The second – in the Klaipėda region
Among the 330 Lithuanian Gymnasium Franciscan Gymnasium in the Lithuanian Gymnasium, which is evaluated by Ratings magazine, is 22nd place in the country and second in Klaipėda region.
Like the last three years, she has only shared the leadership with the Klaipėda Lyceum.
Hundreds last year received as many as 13 graduates of Franciscan Gymnasium.
In the list of graduates who have one hundred, she is out of eleven of the gymnasiums lined up above her on the list of researchers.
The gap of Franciscan Gymnasium in Kretinga district remains very pronounced.
Last year, 100 graduates completed Franciscan Gymnasium.
As many as 69 of them joined state -funded places in Lithuanian higher education institutions.
The average of maintenance of the main state maturity exams ranges from 51 and 68.7 %.
Gymnasium ratings reflect the academic level of schools quite accurately. Ratings magazine, when composing a list of schools, first calculates the average of all graduates who graduated from a particular gymnasium in 2024, every state maturity exam – Lithuanian language and literature, mathematics, English, history, biology, information technology, physics, physics, chemistry, geography.

Famous for the name of the gymnasium
Greeting the participants of the festive evening, Rūta Jankuvienė, Acting Director of Franciscan Gymnasium for Education, emphasized that the academic results of the gymnasium are determined by the cooperation between students, their parents and teachers.
According to the head of the gymnasium, students not only make the name of the institution famous, but also express love and respect for the school.
A. Indrišiūnaitė, who appeared at the Olympics of four subjects, highlighted the work of the teacher and student.
« My high achievements of this year were driven by motivating teachers – we worked a lot after school together, with great support from them in preparation. Of course, my parents are very motivated. And our gymnasium also loves and encourages Olympics.
