So it wrestles about a decision. He is looking for a suitable external provider for weeks who specializes in team building. He has a team day followed by an overnight stay on a neutral, external soil. Everyone has to go with.
On a gray Monday morning, the team can find a job in a hotel in the area of an hour of car for the workplace at 9:00 a.m. Winkler has deep dark circles and stinks of residual alcohol, which Kraus immediately comments on. - Cooperation cannot be forced by spaghetti towers and egg run. That may be nice to get to know the initial, but there will also be shared opinions. Often the exercises on the limit of embarrassment or, even worse, individual participants make it look bad.

The individual, bilateral conflicts in the team must also be solved among the individual conflict participants and moderated by the manager. You cannot outsource this on a general team building.
- The superficial Game Changer is called Gin-Tonic. Of course, it is not a panacea to put people under drugs. That shouldn’t be learning here. It would rule out all those who do not drink alcohol. It is symbolic of creating a dissolved and informal atmosphere every now and then in which people can talk to each other. This happens on a small scale in the coffee kitchen, but less and less in times of mobile working. Great exercises and external accompaniment are not necessary.
- Ironically, it works by not functioning the planned team building, because this creates a common “enemy image” that all unites behind it.
- Real collaboration is created through real cooperation in day -to -day operating business. There are enough opportunities to get to know and appreciate yourself in the context. As a manager, you just have to know how to use them.
