Taravari: Party leadership will try to find common ground with the « Worth » coalition for local elections

The party leadership of the Alliance’s wing for Albanians led by Arben Taravari will try to find common ground with other parties in the « Worth » coalition for the local elections in the coming period. This was stated by Taravari after the break of the four -hour session of the Assembly of the Alliance for Albanians in Gostivar.

– In the next few days we will have intensive meetings. The priority is to collaborate with VLL, but we do not exclude any other reserve options. In the coming period, the central presidency will meet and say the final answer – said Taravari.

He added that the Alliance for Albanians remains open to all opportunities that serve the interests of the citizens and the most worthy representation of Albanians in local and central institutions.

The party leadership session comes at a time when there is talk of disagreements in the coalition and the local elections.

Issen Shabani, vice president of the AA wing led by Ziadin Sela and incumbent mayor of the Polog Municipality of Vrapciste, joined the old party flock today.

Taravari denied that he intends to unite Ziadin Sela, before the party assembly in Gostivar and stressed that the issue would not be discussed.

The session is still going on and is closed to the public.
