Taraba: The fertile soil stands shopping centers and petrols
The opponent of the flashlight pointed out that the argument of fertile soil, which should stop the influx of investments in the surroundings of Šurian, is inadequate.
« Both around Šurian and elsewhere in southern Slovakia, shopping centers, petrols, houses, roads and so on are standing on fertile soil.
Taraba believes that the assessment of the influences of the flashlight will not take place in accelerated proceedings.
« While the law knows the concept of strategic investment. But only the state investments are among them. In this case, it is a private company. The absolute guarantee of independent and transparent conduct of the state is the integrated authorization awaiting this investment.
Opponents disagree with such a guarantee. « After the experience, when the detection procedure has been stopped, many laws have been violated and the positions of power enforced by a political contract, we no longer believe in the state administration absolutely nothing. Do you think we know how it will turn out? Will the investor cross the limits? We protect Tarab’s initiative.
Proposal to investigate the procedure gave the basket

In a locality where the Šurian Industrial Park is to be built, its investor – the MH Invest State Eseročka has recently cut about four hundred trees and bushes. Their social value is about 380,000 euros.

In addition to the trees, it was also invasive greenery and airline trees. These must be removed by the owner of the land by law.
The excavation was provided by the state enterprise Lesy of the Slovak Republic under the supervision of ornithologists.
MH Invest must be planted for each tree by law by law. Another tree must be planted for every 20 square meters of removed bushes.
« A total of 2683 tree seedlings will be planted. Planting will use pre -grown seedlings with a crown based with a height of at least 200 centimeters, » the investor confirmed.

« Tree removal itself was also carried out on the basis of the decision of the Land and Forestry Department of the District Office Nové Zámky in the matter of permanent exemption of forest land from the fulfillment of the functions of forests and the consent and conditions of the extraordinary mining, » added the investor of the industrial park.
After a dendrological survey, the District Office took the excavation of the New Castle. In the decision, he agreed with extraordinary mining, on the condition that it would be carried out by the forest manager – ie Lesy SR.
Subsequently, they defined eleven sites in the cadastre of Šurian and one in the cadastre of Nitra Hrádok.
The investor also enabled the excavation of last year’s amendment to the Act by Minister Tomáš Tarab.
Among other things, he says that outside the period of vegetation peace, it is possible to cut trees with a trunk perimeter up to 90 centimeters measured at a height of 130 centimeters above the ground outside the built -up area of the municipality, and continuous bushes with an area of up to 200 square meters.
