« Taming kite of dragon » also convinces as a real film
« Why is there actually a real film for this film? » This question, asked by a work colleague, is easy to answer. On the one hand, it is of course the money that attracts. Because there is already a successful template, so why not collect again with the same story. On the other hand, some film series have already been counted. What is left to you, except to start all over again (unless you want to further water down the history of origin).
And last but not least, some of the real films such as « Lilo & Stitch » are also due to the constant further development of technology: landscapes and beings are so real that the human eye can hardly distinguish them from the original, is no longer an impossibility. And this is also evident in the fantasy adventure « How to Train Your Dragon », which is based on the animated film of the same name from 2010.
From the loose to the hero
The island of Berk, which could be found somewhere between Norway, Scotland and Iceland: rugged rocks, green widths and around a rough lake. The island is home to Antiheld Hiccup (Mason James). He is the son of the Viking leader Stoick the Vast (Gerard Butler) and a real clumsy, whose lack of talent is well known in all situations. Even in the fight against the « vermin » (an armada of dragons that his home village visits regularly at regular intervals), he proves more than obstacle than as a great help.
What is really in Hiccup can only be seen after the young person friends with a temporary flight unable to fly, to whom he gives the name TOTHless. His sudden skill in dealing with the fire -breathing beings does not remain undetected and so he quickly finds himself in a combat arena. Under the eyes of the other Viking fighter, he is supposed to make a dangerous monster out of it.

How the story continues is at least known to the fans of the template, because Dean Debois-who was already responsible for two « How to Train Your Dragon » animation films-largely follows the template. The stars who vote for the figures of the animation hit (including America Ferrera, Jonah Hill and Kristen Wiig) are not represented this time. The only exception: Gerard Butler. He embodies Viking guide Stoick the Vast … and that in fervor and adjusted voice.
For young and old
The funny dialogues ensure that even older dragon fans do not get too bored with this coming-of-age story. This target group is probably also due to the adapted representation of the dragons. Unlike in the animated film from 2010, they look much more dangerous, almost lifelike … if you can say that from a mythical creature. Here is the exception: TOTHLESS … He can keep his big googly eyes.

In the meantime, you even feel animated in terms of animation in the science fiction genre. In a universe that can be located somewhere between « Jurassic World » and « Godzilla ». The young cinema audience also gets his money’s worth and also learns something about friendships, courage in everyday life and being different.
The makers apparently already knew that this amusing film has potential to become the first blockbuster of the hot days: Universal Pictures announced in April that part of two of the trilogy was employed. « How to Train Your Dragon 2 » is said to be shown on the screen in June 2027. Even then, the (cinema) cash register will probably ring.
