The Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces General Alexander Sirsky held a monthly comprehensive meeting on the basic, professional and collective training of military personnel.

Details: From the achievements, Sirsky noted the increase in the volume and content of the curriculum from the basic general military training (BZVP) – now it is necessary to steadily improve its quality.

According to him, efforts will be focused in particular on the completion of the positions of instructors – both in military units, combat brigades, and in training centers, as well as on the professional training of the instructors and sergeants themselves.

The head heard the reports of responsible officials, including the deputy commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of the brigade General Oleg Apostle, who oversees the direction of BZVP.

Direct Syrsky language: « There are many unresolved issues in this realm; they have been analyzed during the meeting – along with proposals for their effective solution. At the same time, many effective projects are being implemented, starting with the pilot and scalating them on all armed forces.

Among other things, we create an information and communication system for the army « Portal Study and Implementation of Experience », which will allow to systematize and disseminate the experience of combat units, accumulate UDD materials (AAR, analysis of actions), etc.

We make changes in the current training courses in shooting with small arms and combat vehicles, training snipers.

It is also important, the BZVP program has already been modernized in terms of tactical pre -hospital assistance, namely the features of the use of turnstiles. They clarified the approach, increased the amount of time for this module. After all, we must protect not only the life but also the healthy extremities of our warriors.

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the experimental project to involve in the service in the Armed Forces of Citizens 18-24 years. We intensify work to increase the motivation of future young contractors. «
