Swedbank invites customers to take part in the campaign to receive coins from May 19 to 30
Since May 19, Swedbank begins a new campaign to receive coins. As part of the campaign, private customers Swedbank can bring clean coins of the euro to the department and transfer them to their own expense for free. The action will last until May 30.
Head of the Swedbank Services Coordinating Unit Ede Ragmetts The importance of the action emphasizes: “A coin campaign is a good opportunity to return the accumulated and stolen coins to the circulation and again make them active payment. The success of previous Swedbank campaigns shows that people are ready to put their coins into circulation, and we want to offer them such an opportunity. ”
Coins can be brought for free to the Tallinn branch of Swedbank on Liivalaya Street, as well as to Swedbank branches in Yykhvi, Kuussaara, Parorn and Tartu. In other branches, the promotion for a free reception of coins will not be held. Coins will be accepted for free from private customers who will be transferred to the current account for free, that is, during the promotion from customers, service payments will not be charged. In order to bring coins, you need to make an appointment on the site, in the application or by phone. Coins should be clean and dry, very contaminated or wet coins are not accepted. The campaign takes place from 19 to May 30.
During the two previous Swedbank campaigns, customers brought a total of almost 1.5 million euros to Swedbank.
The purpose of the action is to stimulate the turnover of coins and offer customers a convenient way to transfer small amounts to the account.
