DBR response to UP request
Details: On December 26, 2024, investigators of the DBR informed the shepherd of suspicion of exceeding the military officer or official authority in martial law (Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On December 28, the State Bureau of Investigation changed the previously reported suspicion and announced a new one – in torture (Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code) and unlawful imprisonment or abduction of a person (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code).
