Survey: Support for far -right in Germany reached the historic maximum
According to the IPSA survey conducted for Bild, the far -right party « Alternative for Germany » has reached a record level of support among voters.

Details: The survey, which was conducted online among 2004 respondents during March 21-24, showed that the Conservative CDS/CSU block, headed by Friedrich Merrt, still leads from 27% of the population. But its level of popularity fell into 2 percentages compared to the survey on March 17.
At the same time, the pro -Russian « alternative for Germany » is in second place with a record high support of 23.5% (an increase of one and a half percentage points compared to last week).
According to the INSA survey, the Social Democratic Party of Germany (14.5%) is in third place, which is currently negotiating with the CDU/CSS on the formation of a coalition. In the fourth and fifth places – « green » (12%) and « left » (10.5%).
Recall:
- According to the results of the election on February 23, the CDU/CSS scored 28.5% of vote, and an « alternative for Germany » – 20.8%.
- The survey also shows that even after the election to the Bundestag, where the CDU/CSU won, most Germans are not put favorably to the possible chancellor of Friedrich Merz.
