Survey Commission: If the construction inspection came to the field would not be a falling canopy, no political crisis – economics

The members of this Commission pointed out that the inspectors of the Republic Construction Inspection were at least once exit to the field, would certainly establish irregularities to close the construction site, and, probably, the fall of the canopy would never even happen, as well as student blockages and political crises.

Therefore, members of the survey commission are requested by the republic construction inspection to explain primarily to the families of the victims, and then the other citizens of Serbia, why they did not act under the law and control the facility.

Also, members of the Commission rejected the previous thesis of the Republic Construction Inspection that « did not receive application on works » and that « did not know about the works, » not all media reported.

The professor at the Faculty of the Vladan Kuzmanović told the Media Conference that the Republic Construction Inspection was competent to control the works on the reconstruction of the Railway Station in Novi Sad.

Kuzmanovic reminded that the Republic Construction Inspection was defended before the Prosecution of work in Novi Sad, that there was no communication system, which the professor denied that today there are central records of unified procedures (CEO).

« Within this database, all documents that are put on entirely available. So the inspection can see location conditions, and the application of works and the construction documentation. All that exists in the process of building a facility, » Kuzmanovic pointed out.

He also pointed out that there is direct communication between the Ministry and the Republic Construction Inspection within one internal central information system (CIS).

The professor emphasized that the Republic Construction Inspection did not know that there was a building permit, that there was a building permit, that at some point, the application was issued, so that these inspections were not standing, « Kuzmanovic pointed out.

He stated that obligations that the Republic Construction Inspection according to the law are not cosmetic, but essential which are invaluable and for the quality of construction and the safety of the facility.

The Civil Engineer Daniel Dašić reiterated that the Republic Construction Inspection did not come out, and that her first exit was only 2. November, after the fall of the canopy, to close the construction site.

Dašić stated that in 2024. years, when accelerated works on the reconstruction of the train station, there was no exile on the field of inspectors of the republic construction inspection.

He pointed out that inspectors did not appear in 5. July 2024, when the train station in Novi Sad was opened in Novi Sad for the second time and which was attended by the top of the authorities, including Goran Vesić and Maja Gojković.

Dašić said that the works at the reconstruction of the train station in Novi Sad were reported only 16. October 2024, or two weeks before the fallen canopy. Neither after that application works, the Republic Construction Inspection did not go to the field.
