Students showed the Ministers of Education Dance items
Ministers of Education and Teacher Leadership of the ITP participating countries visited Seljaskóli today and got to see dance items from the original players of the seventh grade of the school, the Glymskrat. Students reaped a lot of applause and had meeting guests, among other things, words on what the school’s artistic teaching was doing well.
The school’s library also received a lot of attention, but Dröfn Vilhjálmsdóttir is a library guard Seljaskóli. Along with encouraging children to read, Dröfn wants the children to feel that they will step into adventure when they enter the school library.
ITP (International Summit on the Teaching Profession) began today in Harpa and visited meeting guests of play, elementary and high school in the capital area in the future.

Students in the seventh grade Seljaskóli have been practicing the Glmskratt since January and the play will be released at the school in May.
« The play is original. We have a certain skeleton and go through all kinds of cultural events. This is the story of rhythmic music. Seljaskóli, in conversation with mbl.is.
She adds that the students decide the music entirely for the play. In fact, some of them will sing and play instruments, « this is incredibly fun, as these are gorgeous talented guys ».
