Strategic Partnership and MAE commitment
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) transmitted on Saturday to the 145th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Romania and the United States, the firm commitment to continue the close cooperation between the two diplomats and the availability to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two states.
‘Today, June 14, 2025, we celebrate 145 years since establishing diplomatic relations between Romania and the United States. It is the starting point of a cooperation that has evolved politically, military and in the field of security, but also on the economic dimension, reaching the current level of strategic partnership.
