Prior to the CCR decision regarding the declarations of wealth, Dragoș Anastasiu, honorary counselor in Cotroceni for the relationship with the business environment, both in the mandate of Ilie Bolojan and in Nicușor Dan, told the first news that we must « escape this stupidity with the declaration of wealth put in public. » He made the statement on May 26. The CCR decision came on May 29.

″ We must start from the reform of the human resource and we must escape hypocrisy. If we want to have performance in the public sector, we have to bring there the best people we have, in the country or in the diaspora. The best ones mean, among other things, well paid. Otherwise you can’t. I went for free to do (in Cotroceni-no), but if I had to have a salary, I had to have 10,000 lei. Well, do not be upset, a CEO with my experience, multinational, has 10,000 euros, ”said Anastasiu, who is an entrepreneur, with business mainly in tourism and transport.

Asked if that means he does not target a minister in a potential Bolojan government, Anastasiu replied that « this is not the discussion in the second second ». ″ This is not the discussion in the second second, that’s not what I meant, not about that. It’s time to help the country. I think no one who is in good faith is allowed to desert when it is hard. And I will assume everything that is necessary to serve this country, if I know how to do. But I wanted to say that we have to get rid of this hypocrisy and we have to pay these people well if we want to perform. Two: let’s get rid of this stupidity with the declaration of wealth put in public. No one tells no one to have a declaration of wealth filed at a state institution. Dom’le, but what interests you how many jewelry do I have in the house? You! What are you interested in? And I know a lot of people who say, sir, I would go (in the public sector-no), but to make a statement of wealth … and not to do, I put it public … I do not go! So yes – declaration of wealth, yes – submitted somewhere as a service secret… ”said the honorary presidential adviser, who represents the presidential administration and in the technical working group for the elaboration of a plan of measures intended to reduce public spending.
